Youth 24’s objective is to encourage as many young people as possible that wish to revise their dietary habits to do so with the correct information and practical guidance about ways to eat and cook simple healthy meals. This is in conjunction with encouraging young people to become more active by combining modifications to their dietary habits alongside active participation in physical activity.
